There is a clear career path for Horizon Air technicians to flow to Alaska Airlines through the Maintenance Pathways Program which is designed to create a career path for Horizon Technicians to flow over to Alaska Airlines after being with Horizon Air for 2 years post probation.

Salary Range:
Negotiated during Interview.
- Up to $15,700 to assist w/relocation assistance (dep. on length of move/family size)
- A&P testing fee is reimbursed up to $1,800
- Sign-on bonus – $10,000
